We went for mother's day lunch today at a Japanese restaurant. It was a nice place and the set lunch is also reasonable priced. Baby had a lot of fun "cooking" with the salt and pepper on the table.

Baby is tending the pool side coffee bar. There were only 2 customers today, Mom and 舅舅。

Baby went swimming in her new swim wear. She can now stand in the baby pool without assistance.

Baby is going to get a new hair do today. The shorter hair will bring a cooler baby. We hope that she will not mind the hair cutting session at the shop.

Today is the dinner party of one of baby's grand aunties. Baby and her younger cousin, Daniel are having a good time. The dinner place is very near our home, everyone enjoyed the evening very much.

We had dinner in KL with family and friends. It was a vegetarian meal. It is a nice change from the every day food. The KL trip was too short, we hope there is an extra day.

Baby was with her cousins in KL on Saturday afternoon while mom and dad went to meet some friends. She played in the house and in the play ground. She can now remember the names of her cousins in KL.

We went to KL over the weekend to visit some family and friends. We stayed in a nice hotel and baby liked to hang around the lobby and seeing the fish while waiting for dad to bring the car around. She especially liked to jump on the bed and we had quite a hard time trying to change her clothes.

Look mom! I am carrying this fish and it is frozen solid! Baby is at the KK airport and there is a shop that sell fish among other seafood.

We blow a fuse in the house this evening and baby got scared because she was bathing and suddenly it went black! In the end we had to bring out the battery and fluorescent lamp to eat dinner! Lucky for us, baby's grand uncle goes fishing at night all the time and he has the light already in hand. Dinner was very nice, the fish is very well cooked.

The weather so hot in KK. We feel it is more humid than home. We wanted to buy some souvenir for friends back home but baby is too heavy to care around and she also said she is hungry. In the end, we went for lunch and she eat a lot of bread and soup!

Baby and mom were having a great time having breakfast at the hotel. It was a very sunny day outside; in fact it is too warm! We should have waked up earlier to take a walk outside but it is difficult as usual. Sunrise in KK is about 1 hour earlier than back home.

The hotel is very nice and we had a sea view room! Baby also enjoyed running around the lounge. Since we forgot to bring her swimming costume, we did not go into the pool.

We stayed in a KK hotel at night, the lobby is very nice. The decor is very pleasing and well lit. Since it is the low season now, there is not many people.

"Chairman" is a very cute dog but baby is not so fond of animals yet. So she is not very keen to get to close to it.

Baby is going to Sabah again! This time she is almost 2 years old. The flight was quite smooth. Since it was a Thursday, it isn't too crowded. Lucky for us she did not make too much noise. Hopefully, she can behave herself too during the return flight.

Baby went to a home party tonight. It was the birthday of one of her 舅舅。We had dinner and later the cake. Baby just recoverd from a stomach infection and her apatite has just returned to normal. She ate a lot of rice.

Great Grandma was here for the week and she will be leaving today. Baby has just began to like her presence in the house (yes it took a week!). But it is ok, we will be seeing her again in April when we visit KK again!

We went to have buffet dinner together with grandma and grandpa. The food was ok, but not really suitable for baby's taste. She spent most of the time wondering around the hotel. When it is time to take pictures, she will put on her classic photo shoot posture.

We had a simple meal at Aunty's house on Saturday afternoon. Although it was only spagetti and vege soup, it was very tasty. Baby also enjoyed the noodles too! She likes only the noodles without the souce.

Baby is now able to play in the bath tub on her own.
