Last day in KL! In the morning, breakfast was bought from Jalan Alor (same as last year but different shop). It was a long walk. There is even premium Starbucks coffee!

One last look at the place, the living room is nice but not very child friendly because there are too many sharp corners on the furniture.

The main bathroom is big with very nice jelly stickers on the wall.

Trying to take a photo with DH with the self timer. He can only sit still for a while , so had to be quick before he start wiggles around!

The next day, we had Cinnamon bun for breakfast. The shop used to be available in Singapore, but now we only see it in KL.

After that, we went to visit Aunty's daughter's chicken rice shop at Jalan San Peng. It sells food at very affordable prices and it is always packed with people during meal times.

DH again had white rice.

Since the shop is next to the main road, it attracts a lot of customers even during the weekends.

There is even a 4D shop nearby. However, it did not let us strike any thing that week.

After lunch, we sat under the tree to wait for the next activity (suppose to be shopping at Bukit Bintang, but later cancel because there are just too many cars)

While waiting, DH tries to amuse himself with making faces, drooling and looking curiously around the surroundings. Mean while, XN do what she does best, eating and constantly searching for food.

In the evening, we went back to our place and hit the pool. There are 3 pools to choose from! The place is just next to the twin towers and we had a pretty good view. With the floater, XN even dare to go for the deep end with her friends. That night, we had a mini karaoke session. There are also children songs in the machine which XN can try to sing along.

The place we stay in KL has a very nice playground which XN likes to play.

The next day we went to a branch in a vegetarian restaurant just next to PJ Hilton. The food is nice even DH enjoyed it although he can only eat plain rice.

After that we went to DH's cousin's house and he immediately went to his favourite place in the house which his pulling the curtains from the floor! He does it every where he goes!

After sometime with all the kids, the place is a mess with all the toys every where......

All of us went to KL for a short holiday break during Christmas, it was a nice holiday and good opportunity to meet up with friends! Going on a road trip with a baby and a toddler isn't easy, we stopped by for the toilet breaks and changed diapers a few times. XN threw up twice and I also "kena" and had to change clothes, probably the drive is too bumpy ;p , DH pooed and had to change his diaper at the next station after we left one.

What a nice decoration at the main hall in KLCC! So many people were taking pictures although it was already 10pm! KLCC is really a tourist spot, everytime I go, it is filled with many many visitors. I wonder if I will go if I am a local...

XN went to 外婆 place for some fun with her cousins and we went to pick her up later. DH was also enjoying himself too!

Went to Singapore to attend a birthday party. The food and cake are very nice. We even had some time to do some shopping before going to the party. The checkpoint traffic to and fro was no not so bad today and going back afterwards was also less than an hour. DH had a good rest in the car and he is OK during the party to let other people carry him (after some warm up time.) He behaved very well. The party was held along the corridor and the weather is rainy so it was not hot at all.

We decided to do up the 6ft Christmas tree this year. It was brought back from Taipei before XN was born on 24th December . DH was also enjoying the activity, great grandma is making sure he does not come too close to the tree and start eating the decor. Finally, it is done and XN liked the tree a lot. The dazzling lights make is look even better. She is dancing around the tree. Just cannot sit still when asking to pose with the tree for a proper picture. You can see DH smiling along at the corner of the picture.

We went to Danga Bay restaurant this Sunday to have dinner to celebrate the birthdays of several relatives. Since DH cannot eat the food on the table, he was practicing his chewing skill on the teething stick mom got him. The bay has a lot of yachts which are parking there. Too bad we cannot go down to take a closer look. It was a Sunday so the place is full of people walking along the pier. XN's tummy is still no good, so she opted for the lighter meals of soup noodles instead of the food on the table. But when the chicken came, she ate some anyway.
