It was Dad's birthday and we celebrated it with a cake from Prima Deli. It was rather nice, a change from the usual cakes that we bought from the usual places.

Please! NO more monkey jumping on the bed! 

We are having a hats' festival this evening. By the way, it is way passed their bed time!

 This is Sutera Harbour Resort, we stayed here once many years ago, and it is still as beautiful, the water is as clean and many yachts parking at the bay area. Today many Taiwanese and Hong Kong tourists this place as it offers same sunshine and beach resorts at a reasonable price.

 We were enjoying the breeze on the rocks by the water, DH was not scared at all.

Finally reached the grandaunty's house, they are acquainted with the grandaunty already by the time we reached her house.

We went for a short trip to KK, Sabah in July, it was the first time for DH to east Malaysia. He took a short nap on the plane and played with iPad (again!) throughout the flight. It wasn't really a long time, just 2.5hours from Senai airport and we landed in another part of Malaysia, how nice!

We were hosted by a relatives who has stayed in Sabah for many many years. The first stop is to fill up our stomach, this is a popular restaurant in KK obviously, every local will bring friends here for a try during the trip.

They sell fish balls and beef with their own handmade noodles, even Astro has been here to try out the good food. 

This is a must order - 鱼滑 and 干捞面. I like the noodles as it is tangy like mee-pok, the fish looks like fishball, but the touch is differet when you chew it, it is hard to describe here, you have to be there to feel it yourself. We ordered pork and beef mix soup also, but no pictures, too hungry that we finished before the camera man managed to take the photo.
